Online fee payment portal — rules and important information for students and representatives.
1. General
- (i) These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online fee payment system provided by the college through its official website/portal.
- (ii) By using this portal, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
- (iii) College reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
- (i) Only students enrolled in college or their authorized representatives are allowed to use this service for fee payment purposes.
- (ii) The user must ensure that the details entered in the portal are correct and up-to-date.
3. Payment Details
- (i) The online payment facility is for paying academic fees, examination fees, hostel fees, and any other applicable charges as prescribed by the college.
- (ii) Payment can be made through credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or other modes as enabled by the payment gateway provider.
4. Transaction Charges
- (i) Transaction charges may apply as per the terms of the payment gateway and/or bank.
- (ii) College shall not be liable for any extra charges levied by the bank or the payment gateway provider.
5. Confirmation of Payment
- (i) Once the transaction is successful, the user will receive an online receipt. The college also sends a confirmation email or SMS (if applicable).
- (ii) If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, you are advised to contact the college accounts department with proof of payment.
6. Data Security
- (i) College is committed to protecting your personal and financial information.
- (ii) All transactions are secured using SSL encryption and processed through trusted payment gateways.
- (iii) Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
- (i) College shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from failed or delayed transactions due to internet issues, technical faults, or other reasons beyond the college’s control.
- (ii) The user is solely responsible for ensuring proper internet connectivity and device security while making the transaction.
